I'm Back! Finally!

Hey everyone! I'm finally back!
So I've been gone for like the past 8 months due to internet loss, vacation, working, etc. So now that I have the free time, I can do whatever I want! So probably in maybe a couple weeks or so, I will be putting up my first make-up tutorial. And then hopefully some really cute nail tutorials!

So this past week, I went school shopping for supplies and clothes and I got some cute clothes and shoes! I also got some new jewelry but it's mostly earrings and necklaces but ever since I got my ears pierced, I've been obsessed with earrings! Hopefully one day I'll make a video about my jewelry collection. Also I'll make a video of my shopping hauls!

So earlier this week, I also had a accident happen. I accidentally stepped on glass and it made a HUGE gash on the toe next to my big toe! Good thing there wasn't any glass stuck on my toe or else it would've hurt more. No stitches or ambulances. Just gauze and medical tape fix my toe right up. I wasn't able to walk correctly but now every time I walk, it doesn't hurt as much.

So this was probably just a brief message to tell people that I didn't disappear and that there's no need to worry about me. So until next time, bye!

Over Winter Break & New Years

Hi everyone! How was your Christmas and New Year's? And if you don't celebrate Christmas, how was Hanukkah and how was your Kwanzaa? So like last month, during December, shopping was pretty hectic like all the good stuff was being sold out pretty quick and everyone is in a rush to buy all the presents for their family and friends and man, shopping was crazy for me.

So before Winter Break for me, my friends planned Secret Santa party up at this restaurant near our school and if you don't know what a Secret Santa is, its basically like getting you're friends his/her favorites things/needs and she doesn't know who is giving her the present until you and your friends gather together and give your presents out. So yeah, my Secret Santa wasn't able to go to the party but I still got her something. I actually got all my friends that were attending the Secret Santa party something and I cannot believe how much money I spent on them! I spent like $120 on them and like that's a lot of money but I don't really care since I love all my friends! ♥

So for Christmas, I got a new cell phone from the T-Mobile. It looks like this:

You can't really see it, but there's the exterior and interior of the phone. I also got some cute phone charms on my phone if you haven't noticed. It's really cute. If you don't know how big it is, its the size of a hand palm, from top to bottom. Its a slim phone. No keyboard. It looks like one of those Japanese phones that lots of teens have like this:
Please ignore the stupid back round and other weird-ness surround it. I also got a full-length mirror from Bed,Bath& Beyond and its so adorable!! I love it. I've been wanting one since forever!!

Alright so, I've been searching and searching for a good mirror with a good quality look to it and this one was it. Its about $20 if you can see on the 2nd picture. It's provided with door hooks, command sticks, and strap hangers for walls. It has a black bordering so you don't have to worry about the mirror getting chipped off or hurting yourself on the sharp edges of the mirror.

So my other presents were 4 manga books, hoop earrings from H&M,a friendship bracelet,2 lip glosses(one from H&M and the other from Forever 21), hair clips, some candy canes, a bouquet of flowers, candy, nail polish, a key chain, $45, a diamond-shaped ring(Forever 21), and a pillow. ^_^
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NEW YEARS
So for New Year's Eve, I had to go work and it was really dreadful. I had work for half the day and it was my evening shift but it was really busy, which was good, cause if it wasn't, I would be pissed. So on the way home, I missed the countdown, which sucked a lot but it took me 2 years to get home so I guess it was worth it T^T(not really).

So during my whole week of Winter Break, I, of course, had no school, so I stayed home and did nothing really but go on the computer, hanged out with friends, sleep, eat, watch t.v. I pretty much had the most active Winter Break. One thing that my family would mostly eat at night would be hot pot, which is this Chinese tradition that Chinese people eat during the Winter to warm up the body and to have a fun family gathering. It was like this big pot that had a mini stove underneath the pot and you put like raw food inside the pot to cook and you eat it with a variety of sauces. It was, of course, delicious! ^_^ There's a picture right below of the hot pot with food!

So yeah that's my whole Christmas and New Year's story. BTW now that I have a camera(a.k.a my new cell phone), I'm now able to take pictures and possibly make videos!! But if I can't use the video recorder on my phone, I could probably borrow my friend's camcorder since she got one for her birthday on New's Years Eve(her birthday is the most suckiest day ever cause its Dec. 31) but there's a chance where I might not be able to borrow it. So this year, I'm gonna save up and get a nice camcorder! ^_^

Hope you have a great year this year and Happy 2011!!

WINTER!!!!(review on products and Winter recommend items!!)

Alright, hey guys! How is everyone?I missed you guys! Its finally Winter so that means to me its almost Christmas!Yay!I like to give you some recommended items that you can use to make your skin AND hair looking beautiful during the holidays! So lets get started!

So I like to introduce some products that I love to use for my hair and some stuff I use for my makeup! So basically these are reviews on some products that I use!First off, I like to use Aussie, the hair products, because: 1)it smells fantastic and 2)it makes my hair stay in place and last but not least, 3)it makes my hair smell really really nice throughout the day, so if you have a guy who LOVES to get close to you, I recommend this!Alright so one product I use from Aussie is Aussie Instant Freeze Aerosol Hairspray. It looks like this:
Alright, so this stuff is like super awesome! It smells fabulous as I said before. It has like..a flowery, sweet smell.I'm not too sure about the smell but what I do know is that it smells fabulous! If you look really really close to to picture of the spray, it says "extreme hold" and its true! When you spray this stuff on, it makes your hair really really stiff! And I swear, it will hold your hair in place and it makes your hair not budge at all!I recommend this for a front hair poof like Hilary Duff's hair right below:
I really don't recommend this for teasing because it dries pretty quick when you spray it on. I really really love this product and if your planning to buy it, its available at ANY drugstores at $5.Totally awesome product!Alright the next Aussie spray that I use for a more flexible and touchable hair that you can brush your hand through is the Aussie Sprunch Aerosol Hair Spray. It looks like this:

This stuff is pretty amazing also!I love this and it keeps my hairstyle in place while my hair is able to have some added bounce to it. I'm able to comb my hair with my hands throughout the day and OMG, the smell is soooo fabulous! It smells like a slightly sweet grape and it is great for when I feel like I should do something to my straight hair! It's perfect for:

A natural looking curled hair.

A scrunched bold looking hair.
A tousled bed head hair which I think is similar to the scrunched hair!

And a wavy hairstyle!
For one thing, I really really love how I can do so much stuff with my hair when I let it down. Its not really really stiff when you put it on and every time I swerve my head to the left or right, the smells just reaches my nose and I can smell it. It smells so sweet! Its available at any drugstores and it costs only about $5 for liek a really really big can!Alright now lets move on to some items that is totally great for the holidays!

Alright so this Winter, we all know that our skin is like 10x more drier then usual from what you see on your leg(dry skin+dead skin), is proof that you have some super duper dry skin BUT with me helping you, I can help you get some ultra smooth AND moisturized face and legs or whatever you think is dry.Alright so first things off, the one thing I used to get my legs and body really really moisturized is:
Ponds Dry Skin Cream. I love how it smells. It makes my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized and its a thick cream that is great for the Winter. It also great for those people who have really really sensitive skin and its available at any drugstores at $9. Alright the next item is for a moisturized face if you have some dry skin on your face.
I love how this product is great for moisturizing my face because I always have some dry skin hanging around my forehead or my nose and it bothers the crap out of me so I live using this but ONLY at night because whenever I put this on, it makes my face looking a bit oily but when I go to sleep and wake up in the morning, I look like I have a glowing face! Its about $9 and its available at any drugstores. Alright so some products that you can use to wash your face AND hydrate your face at the same time is:
the L'oreal Go 360 Clean! Its fabulous because it have a rubber cleanser scrub that gets rid of any sebum or dirt you have in your skin and it makes your skin feeling so refreshed!I actually have the orange one and the sensitive skin one. The first one I bought was the orange one and it made my face break out like crazy! It made my skin so dry because I was sensitive to it so I bought the one for sensitive skin and it made my face feel great with some moisture contained in my face while extracting the dirt and sebum in my face. Its available at any drugstores at the price of $7. Another product that I use is perfect for the morning AND night wash. Its the:
Skin Effects by Dr. Jeffrey Dover Skin Quenching Daily Mask. Its perfect for washing your face at night and also for the morning. The one thing about this mask is that its not like a mud mask when you put it on,leave it on for like 20 or so minutes until it drys and then wash off. No, the one thing about this mask is that at night, before going to bed, you put on a thin layer on this stuff on your face and then go to bed, DON'T wash it off. Then in the morning when you wake up, your face would feel refreshed and hydrated in the morning and you don't have to wash or scrub it off since your skin just absorbs its to keep your skin perfect during the night. So in the morning, when you forget to put some on the night before, you can place a layer of this stuff on for 5 minutes then wash it off. Its totally perfect if you are in a hurry and don't have time to wash your face or feel refreshed when you go out the door. This product is available at only CVS for about $15. I know this is for older women but I use this to moisturize my face and its better to start early than late!Another product is for your lips. I know any kind of chap sticks are good but I specifically like this one. It's called:
The EOS(evolution of smooth) lip balms. I'm not sure if you have seen it, but if you have, they are so cute! It's like the best thing I've used because it can last me for like a whole year or two and it smells fantastic! There are 5 different sphere lip balms. They are available at any drugstores for about $3-$4 and here is the website right below:
EOS Sphere Lip Balm
If you explore the website, you can also see that their other products include a:
EOS Hand Lotion
EOS Body Lotion
EOS Shaving Cream
EOS Lip Balm Smooth Stick
All of their products are all available at any drugstores. The next product is the last one. It's called:
Dove GoFresh body wash. Its great for when you want to take bath with some moisture in your skin after a bath. It smells great and it makes my skin feel smooth and moisturized. I have the GoFresh Revive which is the pomegranate and lemon scented and the GoFresh Burst which is the nectarine and white ginger. Thay are available at any drugstores at $9.

I also have a formspring so if you guys want to ask me questions regarding any of these products, please go here:

I hope these product reviews are helpful during the Winter Holidays and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and Happy Hanukkah. Love you lots, Sarah.

Birthday plus Thanksgiving plus all the joy!!

So a few days ago on November 21, it was my birthday! I was really really happy thinking that I wouldn't get much! But I did! My parents took me out shopping and my family took me out to Chipotle for lunch. For my birthday, I got a card from my bro along with 2 bags of candy.I also got $60, a pair of hoop earrings, a scarf and hat set(from friends), and 7 new nail polishes that were $5!

The Brown boots are from Report and their my fashion boots. They were about $50. I know, I know they're so damn expensive and your probably like her parents must be crazy buying her this. Well your right cause well...I would NEVER get a $50 dollar boots! There is some problems with this shoe and its that its a slip-type of shoes and yeah you can fall on your butt on these baby's but you can always put some stick-on non-slip stickers on the bottom of the shoe. They are knee length and warm.  The next one is the black boots from Totes. They were about $20. Way cheaper than the Report boots. Their comfortable and well, its warm, non-slip shoes, which are totally perfect for winter! They are also knee-length and I love it cause in case you don't remember...last year we had what?15 inches of snow?Yup,crazy warm.

I also got the lip gloss from the new line from Forever 21. Its called Love & Beauty. I got the darker pink color lip gloss, not the light pink. I love how the color looks and how it looks on me. Its very shimmery with lots of glitter but its not like crazy glitter, its like the right amount of glitter in it. I'm using this from time to time. So before I use this, I first place on my lip balm then wear this Love & Beauty lip gloss.

So my birthday was pretty awesome, I had steak for dinner and had an Oreo ice-cream cake for my birthday cake. On Tuesday, I got my ears pierced for the first time and its really a bother to take care of!But I guess its worth it.
On Thanksgiving, my father's friend had an AZN party where they had served two turkeys, a lot of sushi, and a traditional hot pot dinner, Chinese-style! We were there for quite awhile like maybe...5 hours?Yeah it was kind of boring and weird and awkward. Well you can pretty much guess that after that it was coming to the beginning of...BLACK FRIDAY!!! Well you know, I got all this good make up and clothing on a very great sale....NOT!!So this year it was disappointing for my family since we didn't go ANYWHERE for Black Friday. Only my bro went out to Office Depot to get himself a new laptop. So that's pretty much it really. I didn't get anything for Black Friday T_T But hopefully next year my family would be able to get something.

Once again....no camcorder BUT I did saw this camcorder for about $50. It had 15 mega pixels and it was HD!!Excellent stuff! But yeah I didn't get it :'( hopefully I can get a camcorder soon.
BYE everyone!Love you lots!

No Video Camera Yet but Spirit Week Photos!!

So I've been trying my best to get my little hands on a camera to take some pictures and a video camera to take some videos BUT I've been really busy these past few weeks with Spirit Week at school, homework, and doing a LOT of chores at home! So now that I'm free of Spirit Week, I can now continue searching for the perfect video camera! Yeah!!So my friends have been taking some pictures of me from Spirit Week and I want to show them to you so here they are:

Haha this was Twin day, Monday, October 25. I had like 7 other twins so yeshhh!! We had a shirt that said "Boom Boom Chow" with some fake mustaches, a cool glasses, drawn on cat whiskers, and a pretty/funky hat to wear with it. I didn't have my hat on but right below this I do. I was putting some fake cat whiskers on my twin!!
This is Twin day with my delicious 24 inches ears on my hat. This is my friend next to me. Like?
------------------------------------------------------------------------

This was Thursday, October 28, and it was Class theme day. My class theme was Rock, so we had to dress rocker-ish. Haha I was holding a poster that I was about to hang up for Spirit week!! ;P
Rock day on Thursday! It looks pretty cool with the light beaming behind me!!I was holding a brownie in my left hand which in this pic, is the top pic.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok so on Tuesday, it was Halloween costume day( October 26), and this is what I wore. A lot of people asked me if this was Chinese, since I'm Chinese. No, its not Chinese, its actually Japanese. Its called a Yukata or Kimono. I have in my hand, an authentic Japanese fan. In Japan, a hand-made Japanese fan would cost over a $100. I don't know how much this one was but its my mom's. BTW this is an authentic kimono too! My mommy hand-made it so credits to my mommy for making such a beautiful kimono!!

So there you have it, my news from the past few weeks. Hopefully my friends will start posting up more photos from spirit week so that I could show you guys!! Hopefully I could post a blog in about 2 or 3 weeks from now so Happy Halloween and get lotsa candy!!!  DON'T OVEREAT THE CANDY THOUGH!!!!
